Women's Self-Defense Workshop
Join Assembly member Rebecca Bauer-Kahan for a free Women's Self-Defense Workshop, in partnership with the California Highway Patrol. This will be a great opportunity to learn the hands-on skills necessary to protect you and your children or other loved ones from harm.
In this training, we will learn about situational awareness, using everyday objects for protection, and will have a chance to practice what we learn on punching bags. All ages and abilities are welcome to participate in this hands-on, participatory workshop. Please come wearing casual, work-out attire.
