Dance, stretch, breath and play with your children in a special family yoga class. Then stay for a picnic - bring your lunch and blankets and get to know your fellow preschool families while the kids play!

10:30 - 11:15 am - Yoga Class with Miss Lauren
11:30 am - 1:00 pm - Lunch and Play!
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring yoga mats for each participant. $20 suggested donation per family or pay what you can.
