Walnut Creek Recreation - Social Services is pleased to announce the expansion of its transportation program with the popular ride sharing app, Lyft! Qualifying Walnut Creek Senior Club members age 6o+ will now be able to schedule Lyft rides by calling Civic Park Community Center or by using the Lyft app.

Civic Park Community Center will be holding free transportation training
sessions this July for interested participants. Learn how to apply for the free program, how to reserve rides, how to use the Lyft app, and much more. Each session will end in an open question and answer segment where you can receive help downloading the Lyft app.

The new Expanded Transportation pilot program is funded by a generous two-year grant from TRANSPAC, the Transportation Partnership and Cooperation for Contra Costa County.
